What the inquiry reply confirms

We reply with confirmed pricing per gram or piece against that day's silver rate, minimum order quantity and estimated lead time. An order is only confirmed once both parties agree in writing, via WhatsApp or email, on items, quantities, price and payment terms. Browsing the catalogue and adding items to your inquiry list only sends a request for a quote.

Pricing is based on the current day's silver rate plus making charges, confirmed directly with you at the time of your inquiry. Prices are not listed on the site because silver rates change daily. Small orders and samples

With no fixed minimum order quantity on any design in our catalogue, a small test batch is a normal order at normal terms. A sample order is a small paid order, priced and confirmed the same way as any other: against the day's silver rate, with full payment required in advance before dispatch.

Add the specific design, or a small handful of candidates, to your inquiry list. Note in your message that you would like a small quantity first to verify before a larger order. A sample lets you check true weight and dimensions with a gram scale and a ruler. Finish quality, polish, oxidation on textured pieces, and edges and joins can read differently in person than in a product photo. For hand-finished designs, a sample shows the level of natural variation to expect across a batch.

Payment before dispatch

Full payment is required in advance, before dispatch. We do not currently offer partial-advance or credit terms. For custom orders, payment terms are confirmed with you alongside the final price before the order is finalised. Read the terms and conditions before confirming your order.

When you need a custom component

Send your firm name, contact person, product type, dimensions, a description and your address, plus a phone number or email. A reference photo or sketch is optional. We confirm feasibility, pricing against the day's silver rate, lead time and payment terms. A sample or prototype comes before the full run so you can check size and finish.
