Our standard catalogue spans 439 designs across 10 collections, but a specific requirement - a particular measurement, your own brand marking, or a piece that simply doesn't exist in our current range - sometimes falls outside what's already listed. For that we take custom and OEM orders for jewellery makers, retailers and exporters, and there is a dedicated Custom Orders page with a request form.
What "custom" typically covers
A custom order generally means adapting an existing design (a different length, weight or size of something already in the catalogue) or producing a genuinely new design to your specification. Because we're a components supplier rather than a finished-jewellery brand, custom work is usually about the components themselves - chains, beads, locks and clasps and jhumke - though necklaces, which aren't one of our stock collections, are made to order too.
What "OEM" typically covers
OEM (original equipment manufacturer) orders are for jewellers and exporters who want to sell under their own brand rather than ours: the product manufactured to your specification and marked with your brand. We can stamp your logo, engrave your marking and arrange custom packaging - mention what you need when you ask for the quote.
How a custom order works
- You send the spec. Firm name, dimensions, a description, a reference photo if you have one, and your address, through the custom order form.
- We confirm the quote. Feasibility, pricing against the day's silver rate, lead time and payment terms.
- We make a sample. A sample or prototype comes before the full run, so you can check size and finish.
- We manufacture and ship across India or export worldwide.
There is no fixed minimum order quantity on custom orders, the same as our standard catalogue. Lead time depends on the size of the order and payment terms depend on the order; both are confirmed with you in the quote, before the order is finalised.
Standard catalogue vs custom: which to start with
If a close match already exists in our standard catalogue, that route is almost always faster and simpler than a custom order - no development time, and you can order a sample immediately to check fit. Custom and OEM are worth pursuing specifically when nothing in the existing range actually meets your requirement.
