A wholesale catalogue with no listed prices and no online checkout button can look, to a first-time visitor, like an informal or opaque process. It isn't - it's a different, and fairly standard, sequence for how bulk B2B silver jewellery ordering actually works, once you know the steps.
Why there's no price list in the first place
925 sterling silver is priced primarily by weight, against a silver rate that moves daily (see our guide to why silver pricing isn't fixed). A static price list would either be wrong within days, or padded to protect the seller against rate movement - both worse outcomes for a buyer than simply quoting against the live rate at order time.
The actual order sequence
- Browse and build an inquiry list. Use "Add to Inquiry" on any product or category page across the catalogue to build a list of designs and quantities you're considering.
- Send the inquiry. Send the list via WhatsApp or email directly from the site - no account, login, or checkout form required.
- Receive a confirmed quote. You'll get pricing per gram/piece against that day's silver rate, confirmation on minimum quantities, and an estimated lead time.
- Agree in writing. An order is only confirmed once both sides agree, in writing (WhatsApp or email), on items, quantities, price, and payment terms - this protects both parties against any misunderstanding about what was actually agreed.
- Pay in full, in advance. Full payment is required before dispatch; we don't currently offer partial-advance or credit terms.
- Dispatch. Once payment is confirmed and the order is locked in, dispatch and transit times are confirmed with you directly for that specific order.
Why full advance payment, and what it means for you
Requiring full payment before dispatch is standard practice for many wholesale precious-metal suppliers, since the underlying material cost is significant and locked in against a specific day's rate the moment an order is confirmed. The practical implication for you as a buyer: a quote is time-bound (silver rates move daily, so a quote is only valid for a limited window unless stated otherwise), and once payment is made and the order confirmed, it can't be cancelled - so review your inquiry list carefully before confirming.
If you'd rather test the process first
If you want to see how this works before committing to a full order, a small first order run through the exact same sequence works as a practical trial - see our guide on sample orders before bulk. The full terms governing every order are laid out on our terms and conditions page if you want the complete picture before reaching out.
