Do I need an account to send an inquiry?
No account or login is needed. Browse the catalogue, add designs to your inquiry list and send it via WhatsApp or email. Source: About.
Does an inquiry create an order?
No. Browsing the catalogue and adding items to your inquiry list only sends a request for a quote. Source: Terms and Conditions.
When is an order confirmed?
An order is only confirmed once both parties agree in writing, via WhatsApp or email, on items, quantities, price and payment terms. Source: Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and payment
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the current day's silver rate plus making charges, confirmed directly with you at the time of your inquiry. Source: Home.
What is included in the quote reply?
We reply with pricing per gram or piece against that day's silver rate, minimum order quantity and estimated lead time. Source: Terms and Conditions.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required in advance, before dispatch. We do not currently offer partial-advance or credit terms. Source: Terms and Conditions.
Can I cancel after payment and confirmation?

Custom orders and samples
Do custom orders have a fixed minimum quantity?

What can you custom-make?
We custom-make 925 sterling silver chains, beads, locks and clasps, jhumke and necklaces, and can quote other silver components on request. Source: Custom Orders.
What should I send for a custom quote?
Send your firm name, contact person, product type, dimensions, a description and your address, plus a phone number or email. A reference photo or sketch is optional. Source: Custom Orders.
Do you make a prototype before a custom run?

How are custom payment terms confirmed?

How do I ask for a small sample order?

Purity
What does 925 sterling silver mean?
Sterling silver is 925 fineness: 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metal, usually copper. Source: Silver Purity Grades Explained.
Are all Arun Silver components individually BIS-hallmarked?

Do you deliver across India and export?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
