Quote and written confirmation
You send an inquiry list via WhatsApp or email through this site. We reply with confirmed pricing per gram or piece against that day's silver rate, minimum order quantity and estimated lead time. An order is only confirmed once both parties agree in writing, via WhatsApp or email, on items, quantities, price and payment terms.
This website is a product catalogue for wholesale buyers: jewellery makers, retailers and exporters. It is not a retail checkout. Browsing the catalogue and adding items to your inquiry list does not create an order or a binding contract; it only sends us a request for a quote. No prices are listed on individual items because 925 sterling silver is priced against the day's silver rate.
