We ship pan-India, and export worldwide - but an international order carries a layer of planning a domestic one doesn't: customs clearance at the destination. None of it is complicated, but it's worth understanding before you place your first cross-border order rather than discovering it mid-shipment.
Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
For international orders, shipping cost, import duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing. This is standard for wholesale exports generally, not specific to us - but it means the landed cost of an order is genuinely higher than the quoted price alone, and by an amount that depends entirely on your destination country's own duty structure for imported silver goods, which we don't set or control.
What to check on your end before ordering
- Your country's duty rate for imported silver jewellery/findings. This varies significantly by country and sometimes by the exact HS code classification - worth checking with your own customs broker or authority rather than assuming.
- Any import documentation your country requires for jewellery or precious-metal goods specifically - some countries have additional requirements beyond a standard commercial invoice.
- Realistic transit time for your destination, since international shipments naturally take longer than domestic ones and dispatch/transit times are confirmed per order rather than fixed in advance.
What we handle on our end
We prepare the commercial documentation needed for export from our side and dispatch once payment and order details are confirmed in writing, per our standard ordering process. Full payment is required in advance of dispatch, same as domestic orders - see our terms and conditions for the complete policy.
